The free plan and Pro

Whisperly has a free plan. The privacy policy says what Whisperly keeps on your device and what it sends.

The free plan has 5,000 words a week. Whisperly Pro is a subscription: US$7.99 a month or US$69 a year, with 14 days free.

Paying on the iPhone

On the iPhone, you buy Pro through Apple. Apple’s terms cover the payment, the renewal and the cancelling.

Paying on the Mac

On the Mac, you buy Pro on this site. Stripe takes the payment, by card, Apple Pay and the other methods Stripe offers where you live, and we never see your card number. The privacy policy says what Stripe and our small server get. Pro renews by itself until you cancel it on the manage page, and it stays on until the end of the time you paid for. Within 14 days of a payment you can have it back, no questions: ask on the support page.

Your right to cancel

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. Whisperly gives everyone that, wherever they live: within 14 days of a payment, ask on the support page and you get the money back, no questions.

Your licence key

After you pay, you get a licence key, made from your Stripe subscription. It turns on Pro in Whisperly for Mac. A key may be used on the Macs and Windows PCs of the person who bought it. Pro for Mac does not turn on Pro on the iPhone.

What you may do

You may use it for anything lawful. It comes as it is: it is made with care, but it may have faults, and as far as the law allows, BlazedLabz is not liable for what happens when you use it.

You may not sell the app or present it as your own.
